Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in industrial components, is seeking a TIG Welder to join their dedicated team. As a TIG Welder, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly and fabrication of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: TIG Welder Location: Luck, WI Pay: $19 per hour Shift: First shift M-F 6am - 2:30pm What's the Job? Perform TIG welding on polyurethane components and mesh materials with precision and consistency Handle wires and mesh, ensuring proper alignment and secure welds Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed to support production processes Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and quality standards to deliver high-quality finished products What's Needed? Prior relevant TIG welding experience, especially with polyurethane and mesh materials Ability to lift 50 lbs without issue Knowledge of handling wires and mesh components Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety What's in it for me?
