Job Description:

seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable Staff Pharmacist to join
our team. This role is critical in ensuring the effective operation
of our pharmacy services, providing exceptional care and advice to
our vast customer base, and upholding our commitment to healthcare
excellence in a retail setting. Dispense prescriptions accurately
and efficiently to ensure patient safety and meet regulatory
requirements. Consult with patients to assess their medication
needs and provide drug therapy recommendations. Administer
immunizations and manage inventory to ensure critical stock levels
are maintained. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
optimize patient care and outcomes. Educate patients and staff on
drug indications, contraindications, side effects, and proper
usage. Manage pharmacy staff, oversee training, and uphold pharmacy
decorum and customer service standards. Strong understanding of
pharmacological terminology and medication management. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient
counseling. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active pharmacist license in the
state of practice. Certification in Immunization Delivery is highly
preferred. Compliance with all local, state, and federal
regulations and laws pertaining to the operation of a pharmacy.
