long-term care setting Qualifications Active Wisconsin Pharmacist
License in good standing ACT-10 temporary license may be
considered, but permanent WI license must be obtained within 90
days of hire Previous long-term care pharmacy experience highly
preferred Retail pharmacists with strong MTM and clinical skills
will also be considered Proficiency with Frameworks software
