Job Description:

dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our dynamic
pharmacy team in providing exceptional care and service in our

Dispense and manage prescriptions and medication orders accurately
and efficiently. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local
pharmacy regulations. Provide excellent customer service and
patient counseling in a retail setting. Collaborate with healthcare
providers to optimize patient medication therapy. Monitor patient
medication compliance and outcomes. Administer vaccinations as
permitted by certification and state laws. Manage pharmacy
inventory and perform regular audits to ensure medication security
and integrity. Train and supervise pharmacy technicians and
assistants. Strong knowledge of pharmacology and best practices in
the pharmacological therapy. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment. Proficiency with pharmacy information systems and
technology. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Must have active, unrestricted pharmacist
licensure in the state of employment. Certification in Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); plus any
state-specific certifications required to administer
vaccinations.
