Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Rice Lake, WI Agency: TRS Healthcare Pay: $2,375 per week Shift Information: Nights Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Registered Nurse - Med/Tele TRS Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse who is licensed to work in WI, and has Med/Tele experience. The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
