Job Description:
Description This position will be working 32 hour a week at our
Gresham facility. The Community Care RN provides and supervises
professional, independent nursing care for Providence patients.
Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the
Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing,
planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising
professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal
health and independence. All Providence professional nursing
practice requires a broad range of general nursing knowledge and
expertise. In addition, development and validation of knowledge and
skills essential to the assigned department, patient population
and/or practice area are crucial. This position may be required to
rotate through a weekend shift. Providence PACE is a Program of
All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that strives to keep older
adults as healthy as possible living in the community through

Qualifications: Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License. Within
30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in

About the Team Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a
service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000
volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in
clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our
