position will put services and solutions into the hands of clients.
As an account executive, this role will be the leading force that
fuels building trust, loyalty, and growing client relationships.
The account executive will be a proactive and curious member of our
client success team, identifying growth opportunities for clients
before a need or gap is identified. Responsibilities: Build and
maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their
needs and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with internal
teams to develop mutually beneficial client proposals. Prioritize
targets that align with King’s business objectives. Present King
service offers that include features, value, price, and benefits to
potential clients. Maintain accurate records of sales activities,
pipeline, customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM.
Develop strong, lasting customer relationships by anticipating
requirements and delivering on needs in a professional and
proactive manner. Identify specific barriers that may exist and
collaborate with the Customer Care team to establish mutual
conditions of satisfaction. Collaborate with all King personnel to
deliver exceptional solutions and customer experience. Perform
other appropriate duties at the discretion of management.
Experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in
Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Logistics, or
related field Minimum 2-3 years of successful client facing
experience Experience with logistics service providers preferred
Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales Knowledge
of various services within E-Commerce, transportation and
fulfillment industry Communicate positively & effectively, verbally
& in writing Effective sales skills (relationships, nurturing,
closing) Exceptional presentation and general interpersonal skills
Organizational and time management skills MS Office, PC and Mobile
App experience Performance measurements: Customer Lifetime Value
(CLV) Client acquisition rate Customer Satisfaction Customer
