ROC Customer Service Agent

Job Description:

A company is looking for a ROC Customer Service Agent to provide top-notch customer support remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming client calls, take messages, and ensure accuracy of information
Schedule patient appointments as requested
Dispatch calls to appropriate medical practices following protocol

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to multitask and work independently or with a team
Proficiency in spelling medical terminology correctly
Typing speed of 35-40 wpm
Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
