Description:--- Confer with customers to provide information about products or services. --- Develop quotations for custom and outsourced products.--- Manage outsourced orders, working effectively with vendors. --- Lead problem-solving efforts. --- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results.--- Oversee customer blanket orders.--- Provide training to members of customer service and sales teams.--- Communicate regularly with the Technical Sales organization, Regional Sales organization, and Production organization. Attend trainings or meetings to be informed of delays and product developments or changes.--- Conduct internal and external surveys as needed.--- Implement system functionality developments as currently unavailable or not in full use. --- Oversee active and inactive orders to identify error creating loss and low profit.o Serves as a backup for entering orders.o Serves as a backup for International Customer Service team.o Serves as backup for Daily Sales Calculations and communications. o Serves as backup for Customer Service Manager. o Test and implement ERP system functionality developments unavailable or not in use.
