Responsibilities:

Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
Refine buyer's criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
Identify homes to show that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales
Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
--- Assist buyers and buyer agents with the showings of homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client while interpreting today's real estate market
--- Learn all of the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis
--- Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities

Qualifications:

Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
Can spend a large amount of time driving
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Professional in attitude and appearance
