Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team at our used car dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget. You will work closely with the sales manager to set and achieve sales goals, and you will be expected to answer leads and follow up with potential customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized showroom, as well as keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers in the showroom and on the lot
Help customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget
Negotiate sales and financing agreements with customers
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
Set and achieve sales goals as assigned by the sales manager
Maintain a clean and organized showroom
Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Attend sales and product training as required
Qualifications:

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry (Not Required)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to negotiate and close deals
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
