Senior Sales Executive in our Tax & Accounting Professionals
Small-Mid client segment is responsible for retaining and growing
their existing account base and acquiring new accounts within their
geographic area of responsibility. Their territory consists of
customers and prospects with 1-30 professionals. The Sales
Executive position is a virtual role, requiring excellent telephone
and writing skills.The successful Senior Sales Executive: Draws on
their high level of initiative and ability to apply strong business
acumen to conduct a thorough needs analysis within their accounts.
Has the ability to develop trust, demonstrate their credibility
with all account stakeholders through their knowledge of Thomson
Reuters' products, and services and acquired knowledge of the tax
and accounting industry. Tailors their client presentations to the
unique needs of the individual account and articulates their
proposals through ROI justification to shorten the sales cycle.More
About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Senior Sales Executive, you
will:Attain sales and renewal targets and quotas on a monthly
basisDemonstrate the use of Tax & Accounting products to the
customerObtain and provide territory information regarding market
intelligence and penetrationConfer with and assist in
customer-related issues as needed to maintain good customer
relationsComplete weekly sales performance reports and completes
all CRM reporting in a timely and accurate mannerDrives strategic
initiatives supported by assigned account team consisting of Sales
Development Representative, Account Development Representative and
Solutions Consultants to drive growth in assigned territoryLeverage
sales automation tools and data insights to engage prospects and
expedite sales cycles (such as utilizing
Flash/EMS/Salesforce)Attend sales meetings and conventions as

attainmentSoftware as a Service Sales (SAAS) experience a

The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of
those locations is $200,200 - $371,800. The location(s) for this
role include one or more of the following states (CA, CO, CT, NV,
WA) and/or remote. The target total cash compensation range for the
role in any of those locations is $182,000 - $338,000. This is
inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is
positioned within the range based on several factors including an
individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration
given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive
are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also
includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing
