Job Description:
Water Technologies and Solutions has an opportunity for a Food &
Dairy Account Manager for our products business to be located in
NAM. The person in this role will be responsible for identifying,
developing, and growing our current products' sales through
existing and new channel partners, plus focused direct sales. The
successful candidate will lead with a hunter's approach to new
business and work closely together to provide our customers a great
WTS experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and developing key channel partners and end users
Develop and execute a North American sales plan to drive growth
while accurately forecasting revenue
Work with current customers to provide value and technical support
to advance/grow our WTS products portfolio - Focus on Food &
Dairy
Uncover new channel and opportunities in key markets throughout
North America
Conduct training for channel partners to ensure their understanding
of the capabilities of the WTS portfolio
Effectively coordinate relationships and interfaces with commercial
operations, technical support, customer service, product management
and other internal functions
Core Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Engineering is a plus but not required
(chemical, industrial, or mechanical), biology, food science or
chemistry
At least 3 years work experience in the water treatment industry or
food and dairy processing industry experience
Other Useful Skills and Abilities:
Hunter's approach to winning business (current customers, new
customers, and synergy sales)
Experience and/or background in Food & Dairy, water treatment,
filtration, RO, UF, NF and microporous membrane technology and how
it is applied to specific market applications (generally industry,
commercial & institutional, food, dairy, seawater and desalination
equipment and processes)
Experience processing protein, sugar, and/or fermented products
Inclusive, positive and passionate approach to sales
Background in strategic selling specific to large account
management programs
Demonstrated computer skills - Office 365, CRM's Salesforce, Google
platform
