Responsibilities:
--- Rigorously prospect for new clients and follow up with leads in your pipeline, convert leads to appointments, and close appointments to agreements
--- Achieve productivity and revenue targets while professionally consulting clients through the home sale process
--- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
--- Follow customized scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections most effectively
--- Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
--- Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market

Qualifications:
--- Passionate about teamwork, team goals, and team culture - prefers to work as part of a team rather than operating solo
--- Exceptional communication skills-ability to influence others and effectively close for commitment over the phone and in person, achieving win-win results
--- Driven, tenacious, and energized by new challenges
