Genesis10 is currently seeking a Facilites Coordinator - Non IT for a 1 year contract with our client in the retail industry in Richfield, MN. Hybrid in office 3 days a week, some travel no more than 3-5 days a month.

Summary:
Responsible for repair and maintenance in 900+ Retail stores. The department supports on demand break-fix repairs like electrical and plumbing; scheduled maintenance like janitorial or landscaping. Plus, capital replacement of roofs, parking lots, countertops, store re-carpets.

Responsibilities:
Own Countertop and other replacement programs within facility department. Update multi-team function store tracker of overall portfolio health and work cross functionally on project and budget updates.

Qualifications:
Communication, Excel, Budgeting. 1-2 years project-based experience helpful.

Preferred Qualifications
Direct facility, construction or other like trade experience

Compensation:
Hourly W2 pay rate $32.00-34.00/Hr.
