As a Senior Regulatory Affairs Analyst, you will be an individual
contributor in our Legal, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance group.
You will research, document and report on regulatory changes in the
health care system. It's an opportunity to make a huge impact.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere
within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries, requests and actions by regulators, including
complaints and requests for assistance
Complete internal regulatory review and filings related to
marketing materials
Handle other regulatory research, report generation, audits,
corrective action plan oversight and review new
laws/regulations/guidance
Analyze and resolve policy and regulatory issues to meet both
business and regulatory requirements and to protect our reputation
with customers

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
2+ years of experience working in healthcare, managed care and/or
health insurance
2+ years of experience with regulatory affairs or compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Experience communicating complex information via phone
conversations and emails to non-technical clients, external
customers, internal customers and executives
Experience interacting and collaborating with a variety of
stakeholders (other team members, internal customers and
executives)

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually
based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors
including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work
experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with
all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary,
