**What You Will Do** **:**
+ Prepare Internal Control assessments, test plans, document, and brief test results
+ Prepare remediation and implementation plans for identified weaknesses/vulnerabilities
+ Develop and implement all phases of internal control testing for financial business processes, development of risk assessments, test plans, test of design, and test of operating effectiveness
+ Develop, review, and update new or existing business process cycle memorandums
+ Evaluate the completeness and accuracy of data and reports used to support financial reporting functions and key controls to determine data reliability
+ Lead a team responsible for multiple business process reviews, provide technical knowledge of tasks to be completed, review staff deliverables, and effectively manage to project plan due dates
**What You Will Need** **:**
+ Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing internal controls assessments and/or audits, business processes, or a combination of both and (7) total years of financial management relevant experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
+ Expert knowledge of OMB Circular A-123, Appendix A,
+ Experience leading business process walkthroughs
+ Expert knowledge of current GAO, OMB, and Treasury Regulations, Guidance Specific to A-123, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Federal financial management and accounting standards, guidance, and policies, VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR), and other federal requirements
+ OMB A-123 or FMFIA reviews, data analytics and other financial and program related review/audit work performed at a Cabinet Level Agency
+ Ability to obtain a Public Trust

+ Possesses advanced degrees and/or industry certifications (CGFM, etc.)
The annual salary range for this position is $98,400.00-$196,900.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
