We're currently recruiting a maintenance technician for a non-alcoholic beverage company in St. Paul

The Maintenance Technician position encompasses a variety of tasks and responsibilities related to the brewing, processing, and packaging of beverages and the associated equipment. It is a dynamic role that will continue to grow and develop as the company grows.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate equipment and supporting infrastructure
• Develop and implement PM plan for site
• Develop system to track equipment history
• Schedule maintenance per the plan
• Develop and manage budget
• Document maintenance activity, investigate and resolve failures
• Train team members to perform diagnostic and basic maintenance tasks
• Develop and lead safety plan
• Participate in CAPEX planning and execution
• Learn and be an Operator on different pieces of manufacturing packaging / filling equipment to support a cross functional team environment and flow to the work mindset
  Requirements
  
  
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years experience in a light industrial work setting
  • Background check

    • 1st shift hours, but will require some flexibility

      Salary: $22.00 /hr - $28.00 /hr
