accountable for helping to formalize and expand our approach using
both qualitative and quantitative frameworks while embracing
transparency.--In this role, you will play a key role in
coordinating and communicating our response to the evolving
sustainable investment landscape.-- If you have a passion for

be right for you. Responsibilities: Working with asset management
teams in the organization, analyze and report on sector specific
data.-- Build out repeatable processes utilizing technology-based
infrastructure.--Partner with investment staff on desired outcomes.
Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor intelligence and
regulatory issues across the spectrum of interested parties.
Building and maintaining a database that captures this information.
Support development of strategy-level frameworks, including both
qualitative and quantitative approaches. --Assist in the
creation/management of reporting tools specific for the various
internal and external constituencies.----Creatively enhance and
improve the process including (but not limited to) leveraging
various technology platforms.------------Act as technical resource
for sustainability frameworks including the PRI, TCFD, EU Taxonomy,
ICMA green bond, A4S, and rating agencies including Sustainalytics
Support transparency initiatives around ESG risks, opportunities,
and reputational concerns through the development of enterprise-
and strategy-level reporting. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree
in math, statistics, computer science, economics, or finance. 5+
years of demonstrated ability to maintain high performance
Demonstrated creativity in using data analysis to reveal insights
and inform disciplined decisions. Python, Bloomberg, FactSet,
Tableau or other analytical tools. The ability to make objective
recommendations and defend viewpoints along with excellent written
and verbal communication skills. Excellent communication skills.--
Partnership mindset as this position will be engaging with multiple
groups throughout the broader organization (Legal, Regulatory,
Communications, Risk, Marketing, Community Relations).--A
willingness to further investment knowledge through formal training
if not a current investment professional. A passion for positive
change in the world and a commitment to pragmatic, real world
progress. Preferred Qualifications: A four-year degree in math,
statistics, computer science, economics, or finance. Masters degree
or CFA, preferred A broad understanding of financial markets and
risk models. 4+ years of success in an analytical position,
preferably in an investment role *Internal Securian Financial job

*This position has a hybrid working model at our Home Office in
downtown St. Paul, 2 days per week worked in the office and
remainder of the days could be worked virtually* Physical Job
Requirements: Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse, and computer for
up to 8 hours per day Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
Ability to utilize telephone or virtual meeting platform for 2-4
hours per day Ability to meet the physical demands of travel The
