Job Description:
Ledgent Technology is working with a local medical device
organization to identify a Product Support professional to ensure
high-quality customer support, issue resolution, documentation, and
troubleshooting in a timely manner to minimize impact on customers.
This is a contract-to-hire position which will pay in the
$26-29/hour range depending on experience and which will be onsite
in Roseville, MN.Job Duties/Description:Provide high-quality
interaction with customers via phone, emails, chats, and virtual
meetingsAddress all issues with the utmost sense of urgency and
quality of serviceProvide clear, accurate, and consistent responses
to customer inquiries to ensure the inquiry is properly resolved
within a timely manner and with a minimal number of
touchpointsRecord all customer interactions in Salesforce with
clear, accurate, and detailed information to ensure a high-quality
level of data is captured for quality control purposesProcess all
warranty product requests within a timely manner to minimize the
impact on our customersIdentify challenges as it relates to
supporting company productsIdentify challenges as it relates to
product support and services processes/workflowsMaintain HIPAA and
FERPA laws in accordance with company compliance
requirementsProvide cross-functional training to other members of
the team as neededIdentify and address departmental and
cross-departmental issues and challengesAdhere to all departmental
procedures, processes, and workflowsFollow and promote the
department and corporate mottos (7 Rules of Engagements, 5S
Methodology, and BE3)All other duties as
assignedRequirements:Ability to clearly communicate with team
members to share information, address possible issues, resolve
issues, recommend possible solutions, implement changes to
processes/workflowsAbility to clearly interpret information and its
impact on the various activities and functions of the team2 years
of experience supporting the Apple iPad and appsHigh school degree
