SBS Transportation is seeking a Freight Broker/Dispatcher to join our growing team! Supporting a fleet of about 10 drivers, this is an in-office position located in our corporate headquarters in St. Paul. The hours for this opportunity are during standard business hours between 7am-5pm depending on the day. The salary is offered at $45,000 -$58,000 per year based on qualifications. Candidates with limited logistics experience welcome to apply! --Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Carrier development Dispatching about 10 drivers Entering and updating data in the Transportation Management SystemEnsuring carrier safety and compliancePOD recoveryProcess developmentDriver payroll auditing Asset management Driver Load planning LTL Load Planning----Qualified Candidates Will Have:Effective Communication, including Writing, Speaking and interpersonal CommunicationPrefer 1 year of experience in freight brokering, dispatching or logistics coordination Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesGood collaboration and teamwork abilitiesThe ability to work in a face paced environmentThe ability to multi-task with attention to detailThe ability to have patience when working in highly stressful situations--PM21Powered by JazzHRPI208304343
