wherever medications are used.ABOUT THE POSITIONVisante is
currently looking for a Consultant Pharmacist, whose primary
responsibilities will be to engage -in projects focused in any area
of health system pharmacy. Experience in ambulatory pharmacy, 340B,
specialty pharmacy, and/or inpatient operations is preferred. The
Consultant will work the hospital and health system team to achieve
excellence on all client projects, working at the client site, as
well as remote. This individual works to create an energizing team
environment and brings an ownership mentality to their daily
work.OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Providing comprehensive on-site and
remote support for leading client engagements and achieving project
deliverablesCoordinating -overall project delivery to meet project
objectives and client expectationsWorking -with others to establish
overall project directionPlanning and managing distinct segments of
workDrive change and assist with implementation of solutions with
clientsBuilding -strong relationships with client team members
Diagnosing -client problems and developing effective
solutionsContributing to advancement of Visante's capabilities
through policy, procedure, template or standard work
developmentPreparing high-quality deliverables for clientsDepending
on the work environment, our successful candidate may be an active
participant of a work-group with the need for specialized
knowledge, and as -a subject matter expert, will function -as the
organizational ambassador for their knowledge area, applying their
expertise to support the client's vision and strategic direction. -
The Consultant Pharmacist will provide guidance on how their area
of capability can resolve an organizational need. -SPECIFIC DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Supporting project management,
analytics, deliverable creation, meeting facilitation,
presentations to clients, and is developing an area subject matter
expertiseConsulting -with clients to learn current workflows and
configurations, and understand the client's challenges to identify
problems and implement solutionsProviding -expertise and support to
clients related to many areas of pharmacy, including but not
limited to:Operations and automationSpecialty pharmacyConsolidated
service centersHome infusion therapyPharmacy benefit
managementPharmacy supply chainPharmacy revenue cycle340B
optimizationAmbulatory strategy
Serving -in short-term onsite leader
roles for key clients from time to time, as necessaryLead internal
project meetings and select client meetings Responsible for
overseeing day-to-day project delivery and client/project/team
managementDeveloping -and maintaining -strong working relationships
and partnerships with clients and teamResponsible for consulting
with clients on current workflows and configurations and managing
-multiple projects effectivelyActing -as a liaison between clients
and internal team and actively contributes to the team in assigned
areas Troubleshooting, developing, and executing -plans, -working
-to resolve issues, and proposing -possible alternate strategies
when necessaryIdentifying and mapping out schedules, milestones,
and required resources to meet the project objectives Performing
quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed
solutionsCreating effective presentations that consolidate findings
from analyses and present solutions to clientDeveloping and
presenting a plan to implement recommended changesDelivering
-project results on-time, on-budget, and within project scope that
meets and/or exceeds client expectationsProvides support as
requested regarding related project work as assigned
-Qualifications:The following relevant education is required:
PharmD or Bachelor degree in pharmacy
is required Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, MPH, MHA) is
preferredAt least 5 years of experience working in health system
pharmacy, including 3+ years in managing others and overseeing
operational initiatives, or completion of a HSPAL residency
training programSkills and Abilities:
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines

skillsDemonstration of good judgementExceptional problem-solving
