This is an on-site position based in our Roseville, MN facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate information
• Assisting in the fulfillment center or warehouse
• Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
• Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion) for shipment
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring accurate information is provided
• Compounding in a sterile environment
• Work is frequently completed without established procedures
• Works independently
• May act as a resource for others
  This role is equally challenging and rewarding. As a senior team member, you'll help identify problems and determine solutions both independently or in a team/group setting. You'll need to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to questions or provide specific medication details/clinical information. It's a fast paced, high-volume environment where accuracy is essential.

    Required Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
    • Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Minnesota
    • Intermediate level of proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications such as MS Word (create/edit docs), Excel (create/edit spreadsheets)
    • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance.       Preferred Qualifications:
      • 1+ years of sterile compounding experience
      • PTCB certification
      • 1+ years of pharmacy related experience (including claims adjudication, order entry, and processing appeals)
      • 1+ years of hospital pharmacy experience
      • Previous home infusion experience
      • Prior experience with CPR Plus
