JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Sole source to maintain Integrated Master Schedule project schedule
for Aidvantage, serving as SME for scheduling questions across
different IPTs and funtional areas. This role will provide
reporting and support across the program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for updating and maintaining the schedule baseline.
Forecast dates and actual files, as well as, maintaining the
schedule data dictionary and global files.
Perform status updates (e.g., earned value) and forecasted dates to
the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Support program implementations working with the program manager,
control account managers, and project control team staff to develop
Integrated Master Schedules and Plans in an Agile development
Develop schedules, integrated Master Plans and Work Breakdown
Solicit input from the technical team to ensure all task
dependencies (internal and external) are documented and
Support Integrated Baseline Reviews.
Interface with other internal teams to develop and prepare resource
Identify and document schedule and risk, manage the integrity of
the baseline data and status, and provide inputs in support of the
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) business rhythm.
Maintain historical scheduling reports and logs.
Develop reports, charts, and briefing for Program Monthly
Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range
goals of the organization.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to effectively read a prepared / written script out
Must reside in the U.S
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student
Employment and continued employment are contingent upon obtaining
and maintaining a favorable clearance
Final suitability determination is the sole discretion of the
Department of Education.
Experience in place of degree is acceptable. Must have 3 to 4 years
of project management or project schedule management experience in
addition to education (BS/BA in relavent field) or experience.
