of mind.This position will be required to analyze and administer
sales and broad-based compensation programs, policies and
procedures, and perform and communicate detailed and thorough
analysis of the compensation plans to ensure alignment with
strategic financial objectives and desired business results.What
you'll be doing:
- Provide sales and broad-based compensation advice &
consultation to HR Business Partners and management within assigned
client group(s) related to our compensation programs to ensure all
parties have a full understanding of the organization's
compensation strategies.
- Conduct more complex analyses and scenario modeling to assess
internal equity and external market competitiveness of compensation
plans to attract and retain key talent. Recommend program design
enhancements where necessary.
- Partner with assigned client group(s) to develop job
descriptions that reflect the roles core responsibilities and are
aligned to the Career Framework.
- Participate in the planning, design, administration and
analysis of the annual performance management, merit, incentive,
and equity processes.
- Participate in annual salary survey submission process
submitting Lincoln data to all assigned vendor surveys.
- Maintain current knowledge of compensation developments and
trends, assess the impact, and ensure that new trends/developments
are appropriately incorporated into compensation initiatives.
- Craft, implement and execute compensation communication plans
for area(s) of responsibility. Conduct training for assigned client
group(s) on compensation programs as needed.
- Ensures compensation programs are compliant with internal
policies and external regulations.What were looking for:Must-haves:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years
of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3 - 5+ years of sales and/or broad-based compensation
experience. (Required)
- Advanced Excel/Pivot Tables proficiency required.
(Required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong project management skills including, critical ability to
coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive
environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.Whats it like to
