Material Handler candidates to perform a variety of tasks
associated with material handling and control in support of
manufacturing printed circuit boards and other products.ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable

functions.)Performs a variety of tasks associated with material
handling and control on support of manufacturing printed circuit
boards and other products. Receives, counts, and stocks raw
material. Ensures accurate counts, sufficient packaging, parts
identification, and shelf life determination. Receives, sorts,
inspects, counts, and validates returned material. Completes
detailed inventory transactions in appropriate systems, documenting
receipt and delivery of materials. Operates a variety of equipment
including reel counters, weigh scales, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
Delivers material to production and /or shipping areas. Perform
duties including; picking kits, stock parts, teardown of SMT
set-up, cycle counting of tape, reeling and filling material
requests. Pulls stored materials for orders and moves to
production. SUPERVISION GIVEN/RECEIVEDIs supervised by the Director
of Supply Chain and Warehouse Supervisor and has no direct
supervisory responsibility.PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee is
regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers, handle or feel
objects, talk, hear, and see. The employee must occasionally lift
and/or move up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop,
kneel, crouch, crawl, or reach with hands and arms. The environment
is fast-paced, time pressured, and requires accuracy. The employee
will regularly multi-task between projects, be required to move
throughout the office building and production floor. Effectively
communicate orally and written. Specific vision abilities required
by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability
to adjust focus.WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of
this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical
parts and is exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise
level in the work environment is usually moderate.The statements on

years of relevant experience.Computer proficiencyCompetency in
basic mathAbility to maintain detailed and accurate records of
material movementTraining and experience with IPC-610 standards or
equivalent. Familiarity with ISO procedures. Ability to be at work
when scheduled and on time.Component Identification experience.Must
be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a
team environmentGood vision, hand coordination and manual dexterity
are required. Ability to read, write and otherwise communicate
effectively in English. Must be able to read and understand work
routers, bill of materials, assembly drawings, component
identification, and component polarity. Basic PC Knowledge. Ability
to rea and understand a packing slip.
