In this role, youll be responsible for the St. Paul administrative portfolio. The primary focus will be workplace solutions, relationship management, space planning, move coordination, and relationship management. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintains and supports relationships with business lines by understanding their needs and future growth;
  • Manages operating expenses and capital budgets for sites;
  • Manages landlord relationships and outsourced facilities staff;
  • Negotiates and manages vendor service contracts, which include national and local service vendors with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, safety, janitorial, and construction-related services;
  • Maintains the professional appearance of the interior and exterior of properties;
  • Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance;
  • Maintains the professional appearance of the office and conference rooms;
  • Provides support to Safety and Security, with direction from the Security department, and implements security procedure and processes;
  • Obtains vendor price quotes, prepares purchase orders, and reviews and approves monthly invoices; and
  • Administers work orders and facility preventative maintenance programs.This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum five years of related experience, preferably in commercial property management.Preferred Skills/Experience
      • Demonstrated knowledge in commercial real estate, lease administration, building/facility maintenance, and property management
      • CPM & RPA certifications
      • Experience with Archer, Co-Star, and Angus
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
      • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication, and managerial skills
      • Space planning, move coordination, and/or workplace solutions experience
      • Experience in a corporate environment, specifically Class A building experience
      • Proven relationship management capabilities
      • Strong discipline in managing operating expenses and capital budgets
      • Customer service mindset and focus orientation
