Come join our team as a Business Analyst III today!What you'll be doing:Performs intermediate to advanced professional data and process analysis to support core organizational functions and processes. Designs, troubleshoots, and recommends efficient system solutions. Partners with business owners to define system strategies, structures, procedures, and technologies to respond to evolving business needs. Acts as a liaison to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system users. Conducts complex analysis in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements for citywide staff. Plans, develops and delivers training. Compiles reports, diagnoses, documents, and proposes solutions to system issues. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.Information Specific to this Position:This is a full time position with the Office of Finance located in City Hall in downtown Saint Paul. This position will generally work regular daytime hours, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with some flexibility. Currently, these positions are working remotely from home with one day in office and additional days in the office as required. This position works citywide across departments with all system users.Essential Functions are the functions that the individual holding the position must be able to perform unaided or with the assistance of a reasonable accommodation.
