• This position is for a cash and money movement application Training Specialist.
• The ideal candidate has experience in the financial services industry and minimally 5-8 years training and Captivate experience, college degree preferred.
• Strong instructional design skills in the development, delivery, facilitation, administration, and evaluation of instructor-led, self-study and eLearning training programs.
• Experience with Training program development - building course content and administration.
• Experience with storyboards, Cornerstone-on-Demand, Adobe Captivate.
• Basic understanding of adult learning principles and learning models (ADDIE, William Horten's model, Bloom's Taxonomy). Examples of previous work highly preferred
• Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area.
• Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments.
• Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings.
• Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings.Skills:
  • Working with the Product Managers/Product Owners, Business Readiness Team, and System Documentation Specialist responsible for the following project tasks.
  • Willingness to learn the cash and money movement system, develop training materials and deliver training sessions as needed
  • Develop training plan and calendar for each Release
  • Conduct needs and learner analyses
  • Develop eLearning as needed
  • Author and send training communications
  • Register required learners for instructor-led training sessions and track attendance
  • Write Arcaria system procedures, user guides, quick reference guides, and frequently asked questions
