Position Purpose
As a key member of the Financial Reporting team, you will be a part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world. In this role, you will prepare quarterly and annual financial reports for the combined AgriBank District. Responsibilities include financial reporting duties, report and model maintenance, project participation and recommending and implementing process improvements, client and internal relationship management, and external auditor direct assistance. - Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
  • 4 years of related experience
  • 2 years of public accounting experience preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job Required Knowledge and Skills
    • Working knowledge of GAAP
    • Working knowledge of financial reporting standards and processes
    • Working knowledge of FCA regulations and requirements
    • General knowledge of internal controls
    • General knowledge of SEC rules and requirements
    • Skill in interpreting and applying GAAP
    • Skill in researching accounting questions and providing explanations to clients and/or colleagues
    • Skill in working as part of a team and collaborating with colleagues
    • Oral and written communication skills, sufficient to exchange information effectively with customers, peers and supervisors
    • Skill in utilizing a systematic approach to problem solving
    • Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution
    • Skill in analyzing information to formulate logical and objective conclusions
    • Skill in utilizing Word and Excel to increase efficiency and effectiveness
