We have a great opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Inventory Attendant (Film Warehouse Attendant) for our weekend shift. The hours for the role Friday, Saturday and Sundays 6:00am to 6:30pm. Compensation for the role is $17.75/hour plus additional Weekend Differential of $1.00 per hour, full Benefits with a great company E.A. Sween is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minority/Female/Veteran/Disability Overview The Film Warehouse Attendant is responsible for receiving all deliveries for labels, paper wrap, film etc. Pulls all labels, paper wrap etc. for Production based on schedule 2 days in advanced. Receives and monitors film warehouse inventories. This position plays an active role in the Company&39;s Lean initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES Execute assigned food safety, quality and continuous improvement activates to support SQF requirements, regulatory requirements and customers requirements. Follows all GMP&39;s as well as the Policies, Procedures and Standard Work of E.A. Sween. Comply with USDA regulations and E.A. Sween policies. Scan/ Receive film by lot code and quantity using handheld device between multiple buildings on our Annandale Campus. Have film, labels and all required items needed for each production line ready for each work order/shift (1st & 2nd) using Lot Code Tracking. Review the work order to determine supplies needed and prepare for each line/work order. Provide face and ingredient labels to each line, ensuring they are scanned to the work order using the RF Scanner and the paperwork is completed correctly. Provide clear or paper wrap to lines, ensuring they are scanned to the work order using the RF Scanner and the paperwork is completed correctly. Provide film to each line, ensuring to capture the lot code on the paperwork. Notify planning, purchasing, supervisors, and managers when short product that is scheduled to be used. Assist in providing a friendly, safe, clean and positive work environment. Assist with receiving products into inventory as time permits. Assist with cycle counts of labels, film, paper wrap, corrugated products etc as needed. Stock shelves with film, labels, inserts and all other items maintained on inventory in the film warehouse at Annandale. Maintain a good attendance record. Other duties assigned by your Supervisor and/or Lead. Successfully complete the mandatory E.A. Sween Co. Quarterly Safety Training sessions for the purpose of complying with both OSHA regulations and E.A. Sween policy. Contribute to Lean activities. Perform all activities in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies. REQUIREMENTS Must have previous assembly line experience Previous warehouse experience Excellent communication skills Must be 18 years old Must be able to speak and understand English All hires will need to successfully pass a drug screen and background check WORK ENVIRONMENT Ability to stand and be in a working environment where the temperatures are approximately 32-45 degree temperature for up to 8 hours per day Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push, pull Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to reach over head Must be available for work flexible schedule to include overtime as needed Must be able to keep up with production needs. COVID-19 considerations: To keep our employees and guests safe, we have implemented temperature/visual screening upon entry, have face masks available upon request and are sanitizing work stations daily.
