Ecolab is seeking a Senior Lead IT Business Process Analyst to join our team in St. Paul, MN. This role acts an Enterprise Applications Engagement Manager and will provide day-to-day management and vendor performance management of support operations for assigned enterprise applications.   • Manage operations and delivery performance of 24x7 application support services
  • Serve as the key business contact and primary representative accountable for managing quality of delivery
  • Available to actively participate in and lead critical resolution activities as needed (on-call)
  • Ensure Service Operations, Knowledge Management, Continuous Improvement or Problem Management, Service Level & Availability Management are operationalized across the team
  • Provide quality and timely resolution of application defects, problems & minor enhancement requests
  • Responsible for change management and overall quality of support delivered changes to application environment
  • Focused on improving quality and reducing backlog
  • Partner with Business & Solution Architects to identify opportunities for improvement to minimize system or business process downtime
  • Manage vendor performance against agreed contractual terms
  • Responsible for ensuring Ecolab satisfaction with all services delivered
  • Actively engaged in onboarding key vendor leadership resources
  • Actively engage in project roadmap discussions to help forecast upcoming support introductions and demand changes
  • Lead and execute any support service introduction initiatives associated with assigned applications
  • Drive accountability and collaboration across partners and teams in the quality delivery of support operations
  • Drive continuous improvement in overall Service Delivery and Vendor Performance Management processes and help broader adoption of improvements across team
  • Partner with IT leadership and Platform Owners to proactively identify funding requirements relative to application roadmaps
  • Collaborate with IT Leadership and Procurement for any Contract additions
  • Other process or project related initiatives as assignedMinimum Qualifications:
    • 8 years of experience in information technology
    • 3 years successfully leading cross-functional teams with significant experience in global enterprise applications business support
    • Proven ability to effect change and strong performance through others
    • Experience managing an existing vendor partner either in a project or support capacity
    • Strong foundation in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes and best practice
    • Ability to work outside of standard business hours in support of critical business applications

      • Hands-on-experience in managing day-to-day Tier 2 support activities, practices, and procedures for global enterprise applications
      • Project management experience in successfully delivering a portfolio of small/mid-sized operational projects
