Job Description:
Volt is immediately hiring a Remote PMO Manager with a
well-known industry leader in Maplewood, MN.

In this role you will manage TSA run and exit issues, coordinating
change requests, and facilitating communication and documentation
processes
As a PMO Manager you will:
Manage TSA run & exit issues, resolution, and separation execution
planning.
Be responsible for IT TSA Management Team through change requests,
extensions, amendments, exit management, and escalations.
Coordinate review for upcoming TSA exits, TSA exit progress, TSA
exit status, and escalations.
Communicate track and coordinate TSA obligations.
Facilitate the aggregation and coordination review for TSA
migration plan submissions.
Support various meetings and discussions with 3M IT and Legal on
ongoing issues, such as Eloqua redirects and email forwarding SOW
strategy.
This is a first shift position.
Estimated Duration up to 24 months.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong leadership and project management expertise.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage stakeholders, risks, and changes effectively.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Experience facilitating and creating documentation and
presentations.
Nice to have: TSA experience and understanding the details of a
TSA.
Bachelor level university/college degree is generally required. In
addition, 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Pay Rate: $80.00-90.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
