This opportunity is classified as Limited-Term and will have a term end date of December 31, 2024. The position is eligible for medical and dental insurance, all other benefits are excluded.Hourly Wage:$19.28/hr - $21.60/hr (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)Work Schedule:Working approximately 40 hours per week. Variable hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Thursday and Fridays between 8:30am - 4:30pm. Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.Description:The Mortgage Post Closing Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support for all loan closing and funding activities. Reviews closing documents for delivery to the investors for loan purchase. Provides support to both Royal Credit Union Team Members and Members for all of Royal's mortgage loan products with exceptional, efficient, and accurate Member service.Required Education/Experience/Skills:--- Have a working knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles--- Strong sense of customer service--- Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes, and reports--- Ability to work productively in a high volume, team environment with high levels of interruption--- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision--- Ability to produce accurate and high-quality materials, data entry, and transactions--- Basic skill to use a personal computer and various software packages including Microsoft Office products--- Strong interviewing and listening skills--- Strong written and verbal communication skills--- High School Diploma or equivalent--- Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture.Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:--- One year working experience in the field of Mortgage/Title experience.We will be communicating with you by email and/or text on the status of your application.
