We are looking for an outgoing and detail-oriented Customer Credit Specialist to join us in our mission of providing unmatched customer service to our customers throughout all areas of our organization. As a Customer Credit Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting our customers' credit accounts. You will be responsible for processing and tracking customer credit applications, processing customer account payments while directing customers to use the company payment portal, maintaining and updating customer credit files, assisting customers with questions on their accounts, and other duties as required.
