  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and counseling as necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices in healthcareRequirements:
    • Current RN license
    • Fluency in English and Spanish
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
