Senior User Experience (UX) Designers role is to understand the
Companys product, business, and technical requirements and goals to
convert them into modern product designs that are simple,
intuitive, visually appealing, engaging, highly usable, and
user-centered product interfaces. This role works closely with key
stakeholders including product and development teams to create and
implement high quality graphics, User Interface (UI) elements, and
workflow designs that will be flexible to support display and
interaction across multiple browsers, screen sizes, platforms and
devices. The Senior UX Designer is an expert in UX design, driving
innovation and clearly conveying the rationale for the applications
design decisions. **Essential Functions** To perform this job

and technology stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary team to define
user interface design requirements in alignment with product vision
and to estimate and plan UX-related work + Lead overall user
interface design of features and applications within domain,
incorporating usability, comprehensive workflows, applying
standards and best practices, using various tools to create
graphical interfaces + Work with the product and development team
to create prototypes and minimally viable products to test, learn
from customer behavior and feedback, and iterate quickly toward an
optimal design + Create and champion user-centered design
principles within the organization, leverage data from user tests,
feedback, analytics, and A/B tests to drive the design process, and
to create experiences that meet user needs (while simultaneously
addressing business goals) + Present and defend design decisions,
ensuring all design decisions are based on the overall design
roadmap, design experience, best practices and fundamental
principles + Develop user profiles, journey maps, personas,
usability requirements, use cases, and scenarios to articulate the
solution experience + Help define the high-level UX Strategy for
the within product domain and across the enterprise + Conduct
research on UX best practices to incorporate into product and
enterprise standards + Serve as a liaison between IT, vendors and
the supported business areas for product design + Communicate
effectively with management to enhance their understanding of the
opportunities and limitations of different UX strategies + Mentor
design talent and provide guidance and direction for multiple
disciplines **A** **dditional functions** In addition to the
essential functions listed above, the incumbent may perform the
following additional functions. + Participate in, and in some cases
lead, design interviews **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's
Degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, Human Computer
Interaction (HCI), IT/MIS, Computer Science or a related industry
degree or equivalent combination of education and experience + 5+
years of industry experience in analysis, design, and documentation
of B2B or B2C applications + Recent experience in designing tablet,
mobile, and browser web interfaces + Demonstrated working knowledge
of design software and an understanding of design principles and
techniques + Experience moving designs throughout an agile
development process + Portfolio showing past experience with UI/UX
design is required + Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript +
Ability to conduct research and/or collect feedback from and
communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customer
**Preferred Qualifications** + Knowledge of dental industry,
especially dental office and clinical management processes
**Working Conditions** **Physical Demands** N/A general office work
capabilities. **Environmental Factors** N/A general office and
computer equipment required. **Travel and On-call** Travel less
than 10% of the time to customer, vendor and corporate sites. The
potential compensation range for this role is below. The final
offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate
location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. +

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final
offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate
location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills
