You might be the Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk this dynamic organization with a growing team is looking for, if you can match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The Accounts Payable Clerk role will be situated in the Saint Paul, Minnesota area and is a permanent employment.Responsibilities- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Maintain proper storage of invoices, checks, and other documents by organizing, logging, scanning, and filing them- Open, organize, and distribute department mail daily- Implement full-cycle A/P- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed- Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling- Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners- Prior experience in an A/P role preferred- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds- Accounts Payable (AP) experience- Experience with Credit Card Reconciliation- Proficiency in Check Runs- Maintain Vendor Files experience preferred- QuickBooks experience- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills- Proficient with spreadsheets and databases- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferredRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
