FITTLE offers innovative business financial solution to help businesses adapt and grow. Formerly known as Xerox Financial Solutions (XFS), FITTLE works with organizations of all sizes to provide financing for a range of offerings including IT Services, Software, audio visual and security hardware, 3D Printing equipment and other office equipment. Programs include bundled support and maintenance, multi-brand servicing and partner solutions. FITTLE is the primary equipment lease provider for Xerox Business Solutions (XBS) and has broadened its portfolio of assets financed to include numerous growth opportunities outside of Xerox equipment and services, such as the expansion of its dealer relationships, financing a wider breadth of products and building relationships with new vendors.
**The Role**
We seek an experienced Operations Leader to join FITTLE team as an **SVP of Strategic Process Operations** . This dynamic individual will be responsible for managing internal and external projects that will align with the overall growth strategy of FITTLE.
The SVP of Strategic Process Operations will support FITTLEs President and senior leaders through optimizing processes and streamlining operations to drive efficiencies as well as execute projects both internally and externally in line with the strategic initiatives of FITTLE. This leader will be responsible for the day-to-day management of vendor relationships and the Project Management Office (PMO). The Strategic Process Operations leader will serve as a trusted advisor to the President and leadership, providing input into corporate strategy, planning and the overall corporate vision of FITTLE. The SVP will oversee a set of strategic priorities using processes, metrics, and automation with an eye towards driving efficiencies.
The SVP of Strategic Process Operations will report directly to the President of FITTLE.
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Plan and implement processes and practices to monitor and improve upon the operational efficiencies and effectiveness of the FITTLE team in accordance with best practices with an eye towards controlling costs.
+ Leadership and day-to-day management of vendor relationships and strategic projects.
+ Develop and lead strategic priorities and initiatives to implement tools and processes that add automation and drive efficiencies across the organization
+ Define, plan, and lead major strategic and operational initiatives, in line with FITTLE's corporate vision and mission.
+ Manage and support special projects across FITTLE.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, operations, risk management, technology, human resources, finance, and various business units to drive efficiencies and meet strategic goals.
+ Attract, recruit, and develop a high-performing team focused on managing vendor relationships and successfully completing key projects.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thought partner, able to see the bigger picture and provide sound and actionable advice that leads to successful results. The SVP is an operational leader who can thrive in a transformative environment. This operations leader possesses an analytical mindset and solves problems using data and key metrics. The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrated track record of developing, implementing, and using technology solutions as well as collaborating with cross-functional groups, defining objectives, setting project milestones, and delivering meaningful results.
**Qualifications** :
+ Over 10 years relevant experience in program management including leading enterprise-wide initiatives that drive change and transformation.
+ Operational leadership with prior success developing operating playbooks and key metrics
+ Proven success leading key projects and initiatives within a global technology organization
+ Exceptional communication skills including written, verbal and presentation
+ Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study, MBA or advanced degree preferred
