Job Description:

We are in search of an Assembly Line Operator for our Arden Hills, MN location! You have the chance to become a part of a global leader in paper and packaging - International Paper - a Fortune 500 company.Currently, we have openings for 3rd and 2nd Shifts.Pay Rate: $20.50/hr and up to $24.32/hr with a $1000.00 signing bonusA "General Labor" position is open in our Arden Hills facility, located at 1300 Red Fox Road, Arden Hills, MN, where we manufacture corrugated packaging products. We are looking for motivated individuals who can adapt and thrive in a fast-paced production environment while performing a multitude of functions.Specific duties may include:Safe operation of machineryMaintaining a clean work spaceReading factory ordersSetting up orders, including carrying tooling (e.g., ink buckets, printing dies, and cutting dies) to machine centersUsing basic shop math, such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other testing equipment.Ensuring consistent quality and count of inspection of productsAccurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed.Working within a team environment, making attendance a requirementMinimum qualifications needed:At least 6 months of verifiable work experienceExperience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.The hiring process for successful candidates includes an interview, background check, and a health/drug screen.Required skills and abilities:

Ability to meet physical requirements
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in shop math
Experience in a manufacturing environmentSalary info:$20.50 - $24.32 / hr
