Job Description:
Position Profile and InformationServes as a subject matter
expert on the full range of Hiway's products and services,
primarily working with members over the phone and through
electronic channels. Our Contact Center is the heart of our
organization!Part time position offering Part Time hours with
benefits, and the option to be partially remote following
training!! AM shift between the hours of 8am and 1pmPM Shift
between the hours of 12pm and 6pm.Position has some required
Saturday work between the hours of 9am and 12pm.Essential Functions
and Basic DutiesAssists credit union members primarily over the
phone, through online chat or other electronic methodsAssists
members with online banking services and troubleshootingPerforms
duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing
changes on the following account types:Certificate AccountsSavings
AccountsChecking AccountsIRA/SEP/HSA/CESA ContributionsQ2 User
Level 1Identifies and recommends products and services aligned with
member needsHandles multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Processes transactions in a timely mannerHandles internal and
external member issues to ensure member satisfaction Backs up other
departmental functions as necessary to ensure timely and accurate
duty completionEstablishes new memberships and seeks to maximize
product and service usage Performs all duties and responsibilities
with regard to opening and processing changes on savings and
transaction accountsEnsures all legal requirements have been met
when assisting membersActively cross-sells credit union products
and servicesLeadership and ProfessionalismFulfills Hiway's Value

ideas and information so others will understand, and to observe
details at close rangeMust be able to lift up to 30 pounds at
