the Enterprise Architecture (EA) function defines and drives the
strategic direction for all IT systems (Define Architecture and
selection of technology strategy). Establish strong relationships
with stakeholders by effectively managing expectations and
inspiring confidence in delivery.+ As a strong leader and
influencer, you will provide direction and guidance on programmes
ensuring adherence to data architecture and design standards.+ The
role will be part of the Enterprise Architecture function to ensure
all architectural decisions are in alignment with the strategic
directions of the business as well as our policies, procedures and
best practice guidelines.+ Within a business change program,
assists in the preparation of technical plans and cooperates with
business and project staff to ensure that appropriate technical
resources are available. Provides advice on technical aspects of
system development and integration (including requests for changes,
deviations from specifications, etc.) and ensures that relevant
technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied
correctly.**Responsible for:**+ Data Architecture of large, complex
IT projects to achieve strategic organizational goals and
objectives.+ Develops and maintains relationships with Stakeholders
(Business & IM) to manage expectations of solution objectives,
scope and outcomes, including work products and dependencies.+
Strong interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written
communication skills, the ability to make effective presentations,
and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients+ Uses
appropriate tools, including logical models of components and
interfaces, to contribute to the development of systems
architectures. Produces detailed architecture output and translates
these into detailed designs for implementation using selected
products.+ Work within the Architecture function to define and
develop the Data Architecture Vision and roadmap (across Reference
Data Management, Data Quality Management, and Metadata Management)+
Works with other Architects and Functional Leads to understand and
document the interaction between data and applications to determine
current and future systems or records and resulting integration
requirements.+ Works with the Architects to design the end-to-end
solution data flow sourcing data from architecturally approved
sources (masters) and highlighting any gaps. Defines the data
sources and their suitability for the solutions**Experience
needed/preferred**+ Bachelor's or master's degree (preferred) in
Computer Science, Information Systems, other related disciplines,
or equivalent work experience.+ Candidate with a minimum of 15
years of experience in IT functions, at least 5 years in positions
entailing architecture leadership.+ Extensive consulting experience
with stakeholders and business product owners to gather business
requirements around data and translate it into the logical data
model and work alongside application and solution architects.+
Experienced in working with other Architects and Functional Leads
to understand and document the interaction between data and
applications to determine current and future systems or records and
resulting integration requirements.+ Experienced in working closely
with Data Owners to support data quality improvement exercises.+
Experience with Enterprise information management processes and
methodologies.+ Experience in Enterprise Data Modelling, including
Universal Data Model Patterns and Multi-Dimensional modelling.+
Experience with the Erwin Data modelling or similar tool.+
Experience with Modern Data Platform Architectures, including Data
Lakes, Operational Data Stores, Data warehouse designs, and Master
Data Management Architectures.+ Deep understanding of Enterprise
Data Warehouse, Data Marts, Analytics, Business Intelligence,
Content Management, and Data Management+ Ability to apply
analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in
data-related projects.+ Experience in data migration activities
from Legacy to ERP/CRM systems (Extraction Transformation and Load
(ETL) strategy, design and implementation),+ Experience in Owning
and Defining Data Integration across systems.+ Experience,
Knowledge in designing and developing data analytics solutions
using AI / ML tools.+ Track record of delivering data science
models yielding strategic insights that have driven measurable
business value in an area+ Deep technical expertise in data
science, including statistical modelling, machine learning, and
optimization is desirable.+ Experience in Waterfall and Agile
methodology.+ Levels of expertise in different aspects of
architecture:+ Business / Process: Intermediate+ Application:
Intermediate+ Data: Advanced+ Infrastructure / Technology:
Intermediate+ Service / Support: Intermediate+ Specialist knowledge
(SME) of one or more of the following product families and their
modules:+ Oracle applications (Oracle EBS or Siebel modules)+ SAP
applications (SAP CRM, SAP ECC Modules)+ Cloud ERP applications
(SalesForce, Service Now,)+ DataLakes (Snowflakes, Azure or AWS
tech stack)+ Candidate with sound and broad understanding of
business applications with effective and persuasive in both written
