Ewald Consulting is seeking a Member Services Specialist who has a passion for creating an excellent customer service experience by serving as a first point of contact for our client associations and other who do business with our client associations and our company. This position will be responsible for communicating with clients frequently by phone and email, organizing and managing multiple tasks and maintaining detailed data and information.
