Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Location: St. Paul, MN 55104

Duration: 14+ weeks

Shift: 8 hrs/day; Days

Duties:



The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new employees and non-employees. This position will require onsite working. Specific duties include facilitating and monitoring the onboarding process from offer acceptance to start date in adherence to standard work ensuring deadlines and new hire tasks are completed timely to ensure an on time start. Responsible for monitoring the status of new hires as they move through the onboarding process and acts as a gatekeeper to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards. Ensures data integrity through accurate use and documentation within Applicant Tracking System. Partners with Employee Occupational Health Services (EOHS) to ensure proper clearance is provided for new hires. Audits work to ensure accuracy within all onboarding activities.
