5%Requisition #: 71008The Role at a Glance:This position will
perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while
simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of their assigned
area(s) of Security responsibility. Under general direction, you
will conduct analyses of business and user needs, requirements
documentation, and existing system logic for the implementation of
electronic network access control systems. In addition, you will
maintain regular communication with contract security officers and
supervisors in Lincoln offices and communicate / escalate issues,
as necessary.What you'll be doing:
- Using structured requirements process, clearly articulates,
documents and validates technical requirements for electronic
security control systems.
- Provides research and analysis to support the implementation of
security systems/controls and presents findings to management or
project leader.
- Responds to, diagnoses and resolves problems during the
security access validation process, including routine problem
recognition, research, isolation & resolution.
- Provides administrative and technical support for
investigations and audits requiring records from the access control
& monitoring systems, including generating Access Control
Reports.
- Assists in administrative functions to ensure building security
including but not limited to maintaining logs for all enterprise
security systems and logs of Change Orders & Incident Tickets for
monthly review.
- Maintains an office-by-office list of physical security
equipment, including access cards, card readers, visitor management
controls.
- Conducts audits of electronic access control systems to confirm
consistency with established naming conventions and makes
corrections as necessary.
- Acts as the first point of contact to troubleshoot enterprise
security systems and report IT-related concerns.
- Assists management with floor plan markups, illustrating card
readers, access control panels, visitor management controls.
- Develops and analyzes platform operational reports in
conjunction with the business partner requests and/or requirements.
Supports compliance requests during state or production
audits.
- Generates reports, and aids in transforming base transactional
data into meaningful information to drive informed dialog and
security solutions with internal & external stakeholders.
- Ensures data integrity and develops procedures for increasing
the quality and accuracy of information from multiple data
sources.
- Provides routine sitewide administration and account management
support.
- Maintains platform usage Standard Operating Procedures to
include Security Policies, content management procedures, training
materials, administrative processes (such as item and user
setup/removal); recommends opportunities for training &
revisions.
- Maintains regular contact with contract security officer
supervisors and their local management teams, to address needs and
ensure uninterrupted, professional service; and elevate concerns to
management.
- Assists the supervisor with the day-to-day departmental
responsibilities such as oversight of contractor security
personnel, handling escalated situations, and other tasks that
support team success.
- Provides after-hours security support as needed (e.g., during
planned electrical shutdowns and network refreshes).What were

- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years
of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 1 - 3+ Years of employee security and/or security systems
administration experience aligned with the responsibilities for
this position.Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with electronic access control systems
- CPP certification
- PSP certification
- APP certification
- Demonstrated solid relationship management skills with internal
clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues).
- Demonstrates solid project management skills including,
critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a
time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting
deadlines.
- Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion
regarding confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
