Job Description:

This position will require travel between Edina, MN and Atlanta, GA.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Produce, manage and maintain Project submittal logs.* Assist in production and processing of Project deliverables such as Safety and QA/QC plans, Test procedures, Commissioning procedures and Training procedures.* Organize and ensure proper document and drawing distribution to staff and field personnel* Ensure all documentation is properly logged and tracked in the Project document control database* Plan and coordinate the engineering deliverables from various parties* Liaise with engineering, contracts, accounting and construction to ensure effective communication of all matters relating to the Project* Produce correspondence such as letters, RFI's, transmittals as required.* Capable of independently performing tasks assigned with instructions as to the general results expected.* Ensure labor tracking is coordinated and controlled between accounting and construction* Attend meetings as requiredQualifications:* Little to 1 year experience in as a Project Engineer on major Projects. Electrical bias preferred. Knowledge of MS Office products, and must have exceptional organizational skills.* Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferredRailWorks Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
