Job Description:
Customer Service Rep 50-60k
Now hiring an order entry, customer service minded individual. This
is a M-F 7-4 job (flexible on start time).
Mid-size manufacturing company looking to add to their customer
service team for a long-term opportunity.
Description:
Respond to customer requests, orders and inquires in a timely
manner. Mainly email correspondence with customers. No more than 20
calls for the whole department in a normal day. Order entry will be
the primary part of the job for the first 3-6 months. After
learning the basics, move into working with customer orders and
quotations.
Reads shop drawings, prints, specification and creates Bill of
Material for Product Item.
Provides Quotations, Specifications and Guidance on product.

Semi-Custom Modifications
Custom Builds
Order Entry for Customer Orders
Enters Customer PO's
Order Confirmation / sends acceptance of order
Answer Phones and respond to customer requests
Sell Product and place customer order into computer system.
Provide customer with product, service and technical
information.
Upsell products and services
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using Enterprise
System.
Follow up on customer inquiries.
