exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative
(CXR).The Customer Service Representative provides superior,
friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved
services and products to provide a positive experience for all
customers. This position also facilitates the rental process
through verification and documentation of all necessary driver
information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and
return experience. This position pays up to $23 / hour + up to $700
/ month in bonus opportunities ($21 per hour with bonus
opportunities.We also offer guaranteed shift differentials of $2.00
per hour for hours worked between 9p-4:59am).We have full time and
part time schedules available. This position is located at our at
our MSP Airport location 4901 Glumack Dr St. Paul MN 55111. We

to assess condition of rental upon returnNotify Management of any
known customer problemsNotify Management of any known vehicle
problems and any required vehicle maintenanceContinuously build
knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development

minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in
