Lampert Lumber Company, a Division of USLBM Is Seeking a Credit Clerk to join their team in Oakdale, MN!

Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8:00AM-4:30PM

Wage: 20.00 - 22.00 per hour based on experience

How you will spend your day as an Credit Clerk:

• Review, approve and grant requests for credit using appropriate company guidelines.
• Assist in Accounts receivable, cash receipts/collections and daily deposit.
• Oversee and reconcile daily cash receipts and cash application, customer statements, service charges and customer maintenance.
• Handle reporting, filing, security and collections paperwork on a timely basis.
• Manage new job starts; verify that jobs are set up correctly with proper support and documentation is complete and accurate.
• Manage accounts with overdue balances; develop collection plans, communicate with customers regarding collection alternatives.
• Enforce all aspects of company credit policy while handling various duties and responsibilities of the position.

  Credit Clerk Requirements:
  
  • Experience. 1-2 years office administration including accounting related duties. Some experience in credit collections preferred.
  • Communication. Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills (Required).
  • Special Skills. Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Physical. Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
