role $$ 18.75/hr starting out Description:Customer Service
Representative will field the call, try to understand/troubleshoot
the issue, and then schedule an appointment for a service
technician to go onsite and fix the issue. In addition to fielding
the calls, they will be responsible for logging the calls in their
internal CRM system. The role calls for an individual to be able to
multi-task, maintain a positive attitude, and show initiative.This
person will be doing a majority of back end support work for the
Builders team as well as the Service and Retail teams. When not
doing administrative tasks they will be backing up service calls.
The clerical part of the role can be quite repetitive and mundane,
but is easy to learn. This is NOT a high volume call center role,
there will be typically 30ish calls per day along with
administrative work such as looking up parts, basic invoicing, and

35+ WPM HS Diploma Preferred: 1+ year of customer service in office
